At Manchester Warehouse, we want you to love your new bedding and home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like pillows, quilts, and mattress protectors cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and fall within our 30-day return window.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RAN on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a trackable postal service to our warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
