We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 across Australia, with free shipping on orders over $150. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for bedding and towels?
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on items such as quilts, pillows, and mattress protectors unless they are faulty. Other items can be returned within 30 days if they are in original, unopened packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Australia and to New Zealand. Shipping rates for New Zealand are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order.
How do I care for my new linen or cotton sheets?
To ensure longevity, we recommend a cold or warm machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade to prevent fading.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
